Savings Review Meeting

We wanted to make our Savings work more for us as my Husband has now Retired and i am looking at retiring in the next few years. We had to travel to our nearest Bank & make an appointment. We met a very nice lady very friendly. But we did come away after an hour thinking it was a waste of time, nothing against the lady Advisor, just it seemed that Nat West just wanted to push Credit cards, Mortgages, & loans. When we told her what we wanted and get a good Cash Isa with a good Interest rate for a large chunk of our Savings, she found one and then told us how to do it online at home as it could not be done in the Bank. At least she showed us how to do it as it was quite complicated online. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Customer really does come first

We actually decided to go to Aviva as a Customer after our car was in a bump. We was parked when a elderly Gentleman drove into us. He was a customer of Aviva and they got in touch with my husband immediately and got our car fixed. We was so impressed my husband took out Aviva Car Insurance and it was great value.
