I've been with Natwest for years (opened my first ever current account and ISA with them) and whilst it's enabled easy access to my ISA and convenience for transfers etc, the value is not great compared to other rates on the market. I recently activated an ISA transfer so I could lock into Tandem's fixed 1 year product and had some issues with the transfer due to my previous provider. Tandem's staff were very helpful and clarified things for me to help speed up the process. Reviewed on: 27th March 2026
