Great online banking services

The NatWest app is the best banking app I have ever utilised, everything is there at the touch of a button. You can do everything from check on your direct debits to transferring money between accounts instantly. Love it! Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Dreadful interest rates

NatWest offers no incentive to save. I appreciate that base rates are not set by NatWest but the bank profits from the money stored by customers. They should be more fairly compensated, rather than hiding behind low interest rates as an excuse. Other banks are offering many tines more interest. The only positive is the iPhone app which is easy to use and gives plenty of information. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018
