Dreadful interest rates

2
NatWest offers no incentive to save. I appreciate that base rates are not set by NatWest but the bank profits from the money stored by customers. They should be more fairly compensated, rather than hiding behind low interest rates as an excuse. Other banks are offering many tines more interest. The only positive is the iPhone app which is easy to use and gives plenty of information. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018

Very simply set out

4
The way that the fees and website are set out is very simple. You can see exactly what you will be paying and the interest is included in the outstanding balance. There are no other fees such as early repayment fees. The reason I did not give a 100% rating on recommending to a friend is because Zopa doesn’t do quotes over the phone. This isn’t a problem for me but if you are unsure about how the process works it could be a problem. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018
