Brilliant experience from start to finish

When we decided to buy our first house, the first place we went to was our bank. Natwest were incredibly knowledgable about the different mortgage options available to us. It was clear, concise & I never once felt bombarded or "blinded with science" Once we'd signed on the dotted line as it were, the process was extremely easy & everything went through really quickly. NatWest flexible and good value for money mortgages

NatWest has been providing my mortgage for about 6 years, including three renwals of 2-year mortgage products. They offer very good rates, with no fees (through L&C), high flexibility including up to 20% of the outstnding amount repayment. Great mortgage rate and support

Got access to a better rate direct than through my broker. The manage my mortgage facility is really easy to use to set up overpayments and has all the information I need about my product. Love how it also integrates with my NatWest app. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025

Online mortgage has been inaccessible for 2.5 years!

Reference number: 84261762 I have not been able to access my online mortgage for 2.5 years because of their faulty IT platforms/systems. And of course their way of resolving this is to constantly waste my time 'pretending' to search for a solution. Constantly promising that this will be resolved so that I do not escalate the complaint! I was lucky to secure a 1.99% interest rate for 5 years on my mortgage in 2021. I’m hoping that they’ll be able to offer a decent rate again when I renew. Ideally close to this but much lower than current offers! Reviewed on: 16th June 2024
