Great customer service

Great account, great rates. I lost my bank card and Natwest immediately cancelled and helped me withdraw money until my new card came. Reviewed on: 24th January 2016

Does what I need

NatWest does everything I need from a bank, but doesn't offer any particular perks. The app is good, but on the occasions when I have needed to go into a branch, I have found these increasingly scarce. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Quick and easy

Overall good experience

NatWest offer a relatively straightforward graduate account, with a reasonable sized interest-free overdraft. Branch staff always friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the occasional inability to access online banking. Reviewed on: 11th January 2018
