Great online service, but few other perks

Online services are great. The website and app are easy to use and intuitive. Setting up a linked savings account was painless and took a few days. Interest rates and other perks are lacking, though. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2017

Safe option

I have had a bank account with Natwest for 9 years, a Graduate one for nearly 3 years. I would be happier with the service if the interest rate for savings was better. Reviewed on: 31st January 2017

Great All round

really easy to use as an everyday account. Online banking is very safe, quick, easy and enables you to do lots of things. Reviewed on: 29th January 2017

Almost perfect

In general, the service offered is brilliant, all staff are friendly and helpful in branch, over the phone and online. The app is also excellent, and continues to be improved. The only issue is the lack of clarity and also staff understanding of the reduction in overdraft over time. I will, however, continue to use their products and look into using more in the future. Easy transition from student to graduate

NatWest were able to give me a generous overdraft throughout university, which eased my money worries. Through my transition from student to graduate, NatWest have gradually reduced my overdraft each year, meaning that managing my money and getting out of my overdraft has been easier and less stressful. The great customer service of natwest

The customer service of Natwest is excellent. Whenever I have had an issue with natwest, for example fraudlent transactions on my account, natwest were pretty good in trying to get this resolved or when I lost my card, again Natwest were very efficient in trying to get it resolved and I was still able to access my money. A great account with good features

I have a Natwest graduate account and I have never had a problem with it. The mobile banking feature is great and helps me keep on top of my account on a daily basis, and I am really happy with the low rate of interest that I pay on my overdraft, as it gives me plenty of time to repay the overdraft before it converts without having to pay hefty fees Reviewed on: 14th November 2016
