You’re moved to the NatWest graduate account from the student account. You’ll be able to keep the graduate account for three years. You get an interest free overdraft facility that reduces each year you have the account.

Great customer service

Great account, great rates. I lost my bank card and Natwest immediately cancelled and helped me withdraw money until my new card came. Reviewed on: 24th January 2016

Overall quite good

I find NatWest to offer a good service in general. A couple of computer says no moments but other than that a no thrills account that works. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2015

Good student support

General overall experience with my Natwest Graduate Account is good. I was given a reasonable overdraft of £2,000, which reduced at s good rate over the course of the 3 years after graduation, giving me more time to focus on getting and repaying credit on furniture. Customer service generally good except for a few hiccups here and there. Complaints team not great but always had issues resolved. Never have been charged for fees and unexpected costs. I also took out the Natwest student credit card which was very helpful in my student life. This also had very reasonable interest for a student credit card, though I always stayed within my limits. Would recommend Natwest overall and I have been with them for my entire life. Reviewed on: 9th April 2015
