Almost perfect

In general, the service offered is brilliant, all staff are friendly and helpful in branch, over the phone and online. The app is also excellent, and continues to be improved. The only issue is the lack of clarity and also staff understanding of the reduction in overdraft over time. I will, however, continue to use their products and look into using more in the future.
