Getting there

Their app is slowly getting up to modern standards. I'd love to see things such as merchant logos, locations embedded within the app. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Very easy to open and access, great app and customer services

I opened a student Bank account with Nattiest and have been very impressed with their service. The human interaction in branch and on phone is friendly and the app is great too - plus they gave me £50 for opening account and loads of discounts on food with their Taste Card - I am a happy Customer :) Reviewed on: 13th March 2022

Always helpful / good incentives

Good service overall, just be careful where you use your card

Highly recommend
