Flex needs some improvements

Monzo Flex is a good product but some things need improving. I'm stuck on a low credit limit and have had 0 communication on how to improve. You can't set a default action for 'Flexed' items when paying with the card - you always have to do this after the purchase. Also, you can't change the payment date. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Tesco Bank has an ok app, sometimes feels clunky... Really good for people who are new to credit, and offer regular credit increases. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

used to be good, now lacking!

With the introduction of banks such as Chase, offering really competitive interest rates and rewards - Monzo has now lost its shine. I prefer the Monzo app, over the likes of Chase - but its product is now lacking!! Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
