..Six star service

I have been with the Newbury for many years and they have consistently displayed amazing customer service, excellent advice, patience and kindness. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and when many other societies would not help, the Newbury did and excelled. When the computer in other institutions 'said no', the Newbury's said 'yes' ! Amazing support and service

Excellent Mortgage Lender

Newbury's customer service was excellent throughout the process of getting our shared ownership property. Very quick response times. They even sent us a welcome pack which is an extremely nice touch! Reviewed on: 3rd August 2024
