Easy to navigate and friendly on the phone

Had an accident recently and one call were really helpful in attending to my needs be it with personnel aftercare.. arranging an hire car whilst mine is being assessed and helping me over the phone when I ended up in the wrong department.... Thanks Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
