WORST COMPANY IN THE UK

WORST COMPANY IN THE UK, THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE, THEIR CHAT SERVICE DOESNT WORK, THEY AREN'T AVAILABLE VIA THE PHONE, THEY FINE YOU RIGHT AWAY IF A PAYMENT IS MISSED AND ISSUE A DEFAULT RATHER THAN QUERY WHY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THIS EVIL COMPANY WHO HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!! What a service

Insurance when it's needed.

One Call was brilliant when my oven broke down, within 3 days an engineer arrived to see the problem and less than a week later was back again to fix it. In my case the oven actually wasn't repairable but I was given money towards a new one. Very happy with the service. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Don't do it it .

Don't bother calling unless u can use a portal ??? By using a portal you can change info and shouldn't have to pay by doing it yourself like most companies. If you end up talking to one of their robots uou get charged . . I went through aviva an didn't realise onecall was the broker . Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Totally satisfied

Been with one call insurance through the ownership of my second lady aka my blackbird I am more than satisfied with all aspects of the service my policy and costs so thankyou to all the staff at one call and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to the biker community now or in the future infact I already have.
