Outstanding, simple and fuss-free!

A decision was made within seconds, the money was in my account within 48 hours and I was kept regularly updated as to the status of my application. After applying to a different provider and being made to jump through hoops (which seemed to change regularly and with no reason), applying to the Post Office was a breath of fresh air. Recommend Post Office

I have a personal loan which was simple to arrange and at a great rate. Also use their travel insurance always. Was due to go to Nashville which was rearranged then cancelled due to Covid, received lots of help and full refund. Local services are fab too. Only gripe price of stamps! Easy application & smooth process

Found it really easy to apply for my loan with the Post Office, and was clearly shown the the rest I would pay overall and the total amount I would pay back. Easy process to apply!

I applied for the Post Office loan to consolidate debt and have one monthly outgoing payment. It was super easy to apply and I was happy with the quick service. I got the money the next day. I haven't really had any need to contact the Post Office Loans team as everything has been going so well. Only time has been to update my address and it was very easy to do.
