Outstanding, simple and fuss-free!

A decision was made within seconds, the money was in my account within 48 hours and I was kept regularly updated as to the status of my application. After applying to a different provider and being made to jump through hoops (which seemed to change regularly and with no reason), applying to the Post Office was a breath of fresh air.
