Review of the Prudential, Pension:

PRUDENTIAL PENSIONS THEY DO NOT PAY OUT

1
I HAVE 2 PENSIONS WITH PRUDENTIAL THE FIRST WAS DUE TO PAY MY ANNUITY ON 1ST JULY,2023 AND THE SECOND ON 1ST JANUARY,2024, I AM STILL WAITING FOR BOTH OF THESE POLICIES TO BE SORTED AND PAID OUT, PRUDENTIAL JUST NEVER GET THE MATTER SORTED ALWAYS ANOTHER EXCUSE FOR DELAYING PAYING, LONG DELAYS BETWEEN RESPONSES JUST DRAGGING OUT THE PAIN FOR MYSELF STRUGGLING TO SURVIVE ON NO MONEY, PRUDENTIAL EVEN IGNORE THE ONBUDSMANS RULING THAT THEY HAD TO PAY ME WITHIN 30 DAYS. I AM AT MY WITTS END WORRYING HOW I WILL SURVIVE OVER THE WINTER WITHOUT ANY INCOME. ANY SUGESTIONS WILL BE GRATEFULLY RECEIVED, I GET MY STATE PENSION ON 6TH MARCH 2025 SO IF I CAN SURVIVE TILL THEN I SHOULD BE O.K. IT JUST THE WINTER TO GET THROUGH. stay away from these absolute thieves

These absolute con artists had. Precise instructions in a will on who they had to pay so there's absolutely no reason why still after a year they keep saying there still trying to work out who the benefactors are when it's clearly stated who they were and it seams this is the normal with this company they just make dealing with the death of one of your parents a million times harder then it already is dragging it on let people have closure it's like they really don't care. Takes 28 days for a response from them if you even get one. But as I was told if someone misses a payment there's a letter sent within 3 day and alot of effort get your payment from you. But not when it comes to paying out take my advice if you already have my in this company get it out and with someone else now before your never see it again Reviewed on: 24th November 2024

PRUDENTIAL ARE PENSION CON MEN DISGUSTING COMPANY

1
having paid my pension for 38 years i was due to be paid both lump sum and annuity on 1st July,2023, sill waiting for a single penny, excuses are invented and nothing ever gets sorted 3 complaints have had the final ruling and been upheld in my favour but still no money it seems technical problems ensue. I do not know what to do next Prudential do not care at all about there pensioners just there own profits. I ASSUME ONCE I HAVE DIED OF STARVATION THEY WILL HOPE TO KEEP THE MONEY FOR THEMSELVES AND HAVE A PARTY ON MY GRAVE. DISGUSTING SERVICE IF YOU CAN CALL IT SERVICE. FRAUDSTERS Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Appalling

My Husband was 55 in August and has nothing but trouble trying to get through to these muppets! Their customer service is non existent and the length of time spent on the phone trying to get through to them is utterly ridiculous. The sooner he can actually access his oension, the better but in the meantime, I think we stand a better chance of seeing pigs fly!! Reviewed on: 27th October 2023

AVOID AVOID AVOID

1
I have never in my life come across such a useless company. They have been messing me around for over 6 months now, basically doing anything and everything they can to get out of paying the lump sum they owe me. I am now ringing them every day, still no further, no option to escalate. This is being passed on to the FO tomorrow, I can't deal with these clowns anymore. Do yourself a favour and stay well away!!!! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2023

pension

1
Having dealt with all manner of detritus at this company I find it strange that the fca is not taking them to task with regard to systemmic failure of the complaints process documentation not on file.spanish practises for example a pension statement was sent no bonus was applied for the 12 month period consequently it was found out it was last years statement Avoid at all costs they are past masters of spinning you a line and turn on you like junk yard dogs if you merely ask a simple question Reviewed on: 6th August 2023

Prudential pension

1
The Prudential are without doubt the worst company you could entrust with your savings the miniscule bonus which are applied on a yearly basis only highlights that the funds are being passively managed better returns would be achieved using a primate from dark east Africa.Payment of fund management fees should ensure that the fund is actively managed . Beyond Dire!

This so called company have had my OH money for years. Now trying to get his Pension. I cannot stress enough how dreadful this company are. There is no customer service. Promised call back from claims department in 48 hours (why?). Called at 7.30 in the morning whilst driving with work partner in the van. When told couldn’t discuss at that moment phone when dead on a withheld number. Online chat just as bad, cut off. Held for an hour for claims department, no answer. Reviewed on: 29th June 2023
