Having dealt with all manner of detritus at this company I find it strange that the fca is not taking them to task with regard to systemmic failure of the complaints process documentation not on file.spanish practises for example a pension statement was sent no bonus was applied for the 12 month period consequently it was found out it was last years statement Avoid at all costs they are past masters of spinning you a line and turn on you like junk yard dogs if you merely ask a simple question Reviewed on: 6th August 2023
