AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have never in my life come across such a useless company. They have been messing me around for over 6 months now, basically doing anything and everything they can to get out of paying the lump sum they owe me. I am now ringing them every day, still no further, no option to escalate. This is being passed on to the FO tomorrow, I can't deal with these clowns anymore.
