Review of the Purely Pets, Pet Insurance:

They take too long to pay out for claims.

They take so long to pay out for claims. I sent my claim on 1st December and am being told that they generally take 4 weeks to settle. It is now 24th January! Every time I call I get told that I should hear in 3 days. There should be no problem in paying out as this is not an ongoing condition, it is for accidental injury. Keeping Toby covered simply and affordably..

Most companies seem to be penalizing owners for having been able to keep their pets healthy into their later years. My Daughter recommended Purely Pets and I am so glad she did. My experience with this company was so simple. I dealt with an advisor by phone and he was so courteous efficient and patient. All options of cover were explained so clearly that all I had to do was choose the cover needed to make me feel I was doing right by our Toby .I was able to not only increase the cover but save money in the process. Not bad

So far so good

Purely Pets are competitively priced and there website is easy to use and informative. Have called once so far about sending me a copy of my policy and customer services were helpful and courteous and dealt with me efficiently. poor service, totally disorganised.

I've received really bad service from this company, no designated claims handler, portal never updated properly, totally disorganised?, under paid claim. Ridiculously poor communication. Reviewed on: 18th September 2021

Simple, easy, friendly staff
