Saved me when I got scammed

RBS’ fraud team are a life-saver. Cancelled my bank card and sent me a new one promptly and refunded the scam payment to my account. The app is easy to use, I love the Get Cash feature which is great when you forget your card all the time! Also love the new feature to track and categorise payments to help with saving and managing your funds. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

A bit behind the curve on online

Longest bank account a bit behind the curve on online/app - bit annoyed at upsell and “did you know…” boring distracting information in their app. Also just because you have a brand colour don’t use it for everything the text doesn’t read well Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

£200 Switch offer complete joke

I made the switch and was expecting £200 to be in my account within 7 calendar days in accordance complaint RBS swith offer terms and conditions. I met all criterias and it is now well over 7 calendar days and nothing has come through. Called RBS customer service couple of times and was told, yes i have met all criterias and they don't understand why the £200 has not been paid. Then told my only way to reach out to the switch team was via the app CORA. 2 days on no reply from Cora. RBS were very fast for the switch over but now they don't want to know me or the £200 offer. If a business states 7 calendar days and they don't meet this promise, then does it matter if they take a day, week, month or a year? The 'within 7 calendar days' criteria hasn't been fulfilled by RBS. They failed. I've complained but no confirmation or acknowledgement of my complaint. I am regretting it now... So called 'CORA' is a complete joke. Communication overall very poor. Majority of staff not so friendly. Reviewed on: 9th August 2023

Shocking service

I have tried to purchase a vehicle. RBS made it so difficult with regard to ‘capping’ the transferable amount that I missed the collection date. This is MY money, not yours. You do not have the right to stop me from using my OWN money to make a purchase. I will be switching banks on the back of this. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
