Hassle free banking

I never have any issues with the bank, the app is really user friendly, and app updates are always useful. Turning on ‘round ups’ is a great way to help me save. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Good account

The RBS app and website makes it very easy to use my current account. I feel it is safe as there is now face verification too. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Useless

Nothing but problems with them. Spent hours and hours on the phone trying to rectify issues, every person telling a contradictory story and blaming somebody else. Nothing ever gets resolved. A complete disgrace to the banking industry. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

Does what I need

Customer service experience

Both "phone" and face to face in branch attention is nothing short of "complete", friendly attention. Positive and professional resolution of any enquiries in the most efficient and patient manner . So very much respected staff. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2023
