Rbs mortgage, helpful staff smooth process

All I could need

Find their online banking and mobile very useful and easy to use, Transferring money, cancelling direct debits etc. Good helpful service online, phone or face to face. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2017

fantastic service

My rbs basic account is really good and easy to manage thanks to rbs , when i opened my account i did not have to leave my house everything was done on line and through the post . There website and phone app is easy to use Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

Basic

The RBS Basic current account is a great account if it's your first, you get everything you'd expect from a basic account, card, PIN, Online and Telephone banking and you can set up direct debits and standing orders and its free. The things you don't get with it is a chequebook or overdraft facility. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

GOOD BENEFITS FOR YOUNG FAMILIES

The registration process ran smoothly. The Royal Bank of Scotland could not have been more helpful and bent over backwards to meet my needs. Various promotions were offered which encouraged me to register for the product. We were looking for a basic bank account for our 14 year old daughter and this one was perfect. Would highly recommend as it really is a great product for someone looking for their first bank account. Reviewed on: 28th April 2015
