Loads of benefits

People might be put of with the £18 monthly fee, however, the benefits of travel insurance, breakdown cover and mobile phone insurance plus loads more, soon make you forget about the monthly fee! Reviewed on: 4th April 2017

Banking App is Brilliant

Easy to access and friendly service.

Is well managed, easily accessible and has a variety of ways to access my money. When in branch that staff are always approachable and helpful. I can check my money at anytime from anywhere, which makes life so much easier. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

friendly staff but a bland atmosphere in branch

the branch in Bury Greater Manchester is very bland with a lot of wasted space. Also the new cash machines do not allow deposits which is very inconvenient!! Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Always helpful

A friend who worked for a rival bank pointed me toward RBS more than 15 years ago when I was looking at decent mortgage deals and I have never looked back. The current account is excellent and I use the online banking every day. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

No Perks, Bad Service

It took me ages to set up my account. The Bank manager made me return to my boss. My letter from work was addressed to 'the bank manager' and had to be changed to 'the Royal Bank of Scotland' otherwise the account could not be setup. Ridiculous!! Reviewed on: 10th February 2017

Great British bank with trustworthy reputation

I often call phone banking to check my account details, query direct debits and transfer payments. I'm a bit of technophobe and still like to talk to a friendly staff member. I love the courteous, polite, friendly and helpful staff that works at RBOS. Reviewed on: 7th February 2017

Great helpful knowledgeable staff - always smiling,great service from helping update contact details,highlighting services available, and undertaking account activities. All I could need
