No Perks, Bad Service

It took me ages to set up my account. The Bank manager made me return to my boss. My letter from work was addressed to 'the bank manager' and had to be changed to 'the Royal Bank of Scotland' otherwise the account could not be setup. Ridiculous!! Reviewed on: 10th February 2017
