Deactivating my cash isa with Cora was so simple

I wanted to reactive my cash Isa and when I was in my mobile banking app I was directed to Cora the banks digital assistance. It was so simple to be asked the right questions and answer simply to get the ISA activated. How amazing t to do this all through the banking app and at your finger tips. 5* innovation and banking service. Reviewed on: 21st April 2021

Product ok but stop closing branches

I use this lower interest paying product as I often need to withdraw from it to pay household renovation bills. The product is ok but trying to access a branch is like entering a warzone. My local branches are all closing and the second you do walk into a branch there is someone standing with an ipad determined to do anything they can to prevent you actually seeing someone at a counter for assistance. A good cash ISA with a competitive interest rate and easy access. The £150 monthly cap is a little annoying, but overall it's good for steady savings and the app is very easy to use. I would recommend the account. Reviewed on: 25th May 2024

Best isa rate RBS

Took out a 2 year isa at 5.9% was by far the best on the market at the time so easy to set up over the Internet simple self explanatory Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
