I have been with RBS since I was 15 years old. I am now nearly 32 and have no intention to leave. They have been with me every step of the way through good and bad financially and helped me through this. Great customer service Reviewed on: 6th September 2016

Straight forward, friendly banking

My RBS savings account provides competitive rates, an easy to access website/app and good customer service. I have had no issues with my RBS savings account with everything laid out in a very clear fashion. This is a service which I would likely recommend to friends or family without issue. competitive rates

RBS Cash ISA is an easy to use service with competitive rates. Although it is debatable whether saving nowadays is worth it, putting away some money each month is always a wise idea. I have my current account with RBS and it is easy to transfer between accounts through mobile app. Reviewed on: 26th August 2015

Why do people bother saving?

I have an isa with rbs and it helps me put a bit away. But with the rates as low as they are, I wonder why we even bother saving. Reviewed on: 14th October 2014
