Awful customer service

The worst company ever! No phone so you rely on their ineffective app support. You’ll wait days for any response and when they do...you’ll wish they hadn’t. Close accounts for no reason and then don’t return funds. Think carefully before trusting this firm, Reviewed on: 16th July 2018

Revolut is Revolutionary For Travel

Revolut is my go to card for when I travel or buy items online from abroad. Great weekday rates and super convenient. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Amazing currency rates and so easy to use

This is my 'go to card for any overseas trip or foreign currency web shopping - it saves me a good 2 or 3% compared to my regular bank and credit cards. The app is also great for security - you can activate and deactivate your card at the touch of a button, block ATM transactions, have location-based security, and you can get an alert each time your card is used or declined. They say they are going to offer current accounts soon too, and are always adding new features - one to watch! Reviewed on: 9th February 2018

Changed my expat life!

Living in Spain for many years, I have been used to being ripped off by a variety of UK banks and currency exchange shops. Revolut has changed all this. I can now transfer funds from sterling to euros with ease, I can maintain a dollar reserve for those online dollar purchases, and monitor my transactions from a superb app on my phone. It is an imaginative and brilliant answer to what has been a he problem. Occasional down times and non too rapid customer response has removed one star, but I am sure that this will improve in time.
