Waiting for cancel refund

Well my experience has been ok then again I never had to claim. I just recently cancelled my insurance online, YES U CAN CANCEL ONLINE DESPITE THE COMMENTS, but what im not happy about is that we are on day 8 and still no refund in my account, youve already charged me £55 to cancel as i sold the car!!! Do not deal with these. 3times I spoke to somebody to remove my daughter from my policy when she passed her test. I changed my car so had to update details told somebody again she needed to be removed. I have a renewal price sent me now which is a riducous amount and this is because my daughter is still on the policy. So I'm guessing when I changed my car and they charged me an extortionate amount to do this is because my daughter was still on the policy despite requesting her to be removed. I've messaged endlessly and they are just choosing to ignore all my messages and I can see that they have been read. Shocking customer service. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish I could tell you how rude they were on the phone but I can't because they simply don't answer their phone. I have been on hold for over an hour through their robotic stages and haven't spoken to an actual human yet. I am trying to cancel my car insurance with them but a simple task is proving difficult. If you want to live your life I suggest picking an alternative car insurance company who actually communicate with their customers. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2020

Very poor service.

Sainsbury’s make a mistake processing my online application. After taking payment for another months insurance they then decided to cancel my car insurance two days later!! Emails were sent but went into junk folder so I was not aware and was driving around with no insurance!! Shocking customer service, refunded half of the money I was due to be refunded. Avoid - really bad

Had insurance with them for 3 years, never made a claim, same car, 8 years NCD but the premium increased by nearly £250.Called, got an unhelpful advisor, Faisal, who refused to ask a supervisor to call me then cut me off -absolutely shocking. Sainsbury's name will suffer with this company! Looked on line - other quotes are so much cheaper. If this how they treat loyal customers, I'd hate to think what would happen if I needed to make a claim. Reviewed on: 19th September 2019

Sainsburys are unable to send a email with my no claims bonus, joke !

My renewal price on my car was more than the previous year even with another years no claims bonus, shock ! To top it off they couldn’t send my no claims bonus via email. I find it disgusting that a multi million company like this is unable to do this, they also couldn’t pay the money they owed back via bank transfer even though they could take it out of my bank ok. Disgusting will never use them for anything again and would not recommend them to anyone, useless ! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2019

Having so much problems with car insurance, i thought the first policy was cancelled but it wasnt so paid for two, on my second cover my NCB went down so I sent the proof to them on their app and then received a letter that they was doubling the amount due to them not receiving the proof which I had sent , now having more problems feeling I might cancel my policy and go with someone new. I've never had this much hassle with car insurance before . And still dont receive double nectar points Reviewed on: 19th August 2019
