Extremely helpful friendly bank

I find Santander suits my banking needs perfectly.I have been with them for at least 8 years now & they are so approachable & treat you with respect & compassion.I enjoy going into branch when I am in the town centre but equally I have found their on-line services have been great during the extraordinary recent months. My trusted bank

I have been with Santander for over thirty years in all that time I have never had a problem the only reason I changed to the everyday account was because the 123 no longer suited my needs. I have had many products with Santander, a mortgage that I have paid off, savings accounts current accounts in all that time and different products they have performed outstanding in every respect. I was originally with Alliance and Leicester before...

I was originally with Alliance and Leicester before moving to Santander. I have never had anything helpful from this bank. I can't even get an overdraft or loan let alone a credit card from this place yet I opened an account with a rival bank and have been given all 3. The customer service is pretty good. It was a difficult experience moving from a basic account to this every day account. Its not a bad bank just don't expect miracles from them as there are better out there. Not even a jar of Nutella haha. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
