I was originally with Alliance and Leicester before...

I was originally with Alliance and Leicester before moving to Santander. I have never had anything helpful from this bank. I can't even get an overdraft or loan let alone a credit card from this place yet I opened an account with a rival bank and have been given all 3. The customer service is pretty good. It was a difficult experience moving from a basic account to this every day account. Its not a bad bank just don't expect miracles from them as there are better out there. Not even a jar of Nutella haha. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

I've always had a pleasant experience with Vanquish...

I've always had a pleasant experience with Vanquish whether it be a loan or the credit card. I'd of thought by now after keeping my account open and good the credit limit would have gone up as I've another card I barely use and I've a higher limit. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
