Simple to apply for

I went into the branch and I was pre approved for a 3 2 1 Credit card as I already have a 3 2 1 account it was simple and easy and I have been told it will be posted to me in a matter of days. Fantastic service, also gives me cash back on what I buy in the shops and I can have it for 6 months free of charge. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

The credit card that can not cope with couples

My husband and I have a credit card each on one credit card account. We have a mobile phone each and an email each, which is fairly normal for modern people. I travel alot for work and sometimes want to use my credit card when I am away from home and the husband. He might want to use his when we arent together as well !! But we can only have one registered phone for OTP. Its crazy that I cant have my phone linked to my card number and my husband have his linked to his card number. Santander customer service

Recently I had an issue with a Limousine company, had hired a limo for my daughters wedding, this did not turn up on the day which caused so much upset, we eventually found out the limo company had gone into liquidation, so I rang Santander and Top marks to the customer service staff and the loss prevention officer carefully and kindly dealt with my issues BRILLIANTLY Reviewed on: 1st August 2023
