Fabtander

Switched my current account from TSB to Santander recently and a great service. Much better rates and an easy switch. Would recommend. Totally Fab. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Crooks

Long story short - the wife and I applied successfully for everyday current account to avail £200 switch offer. Forget about switch offer, instead, accounts closed after a few days. A lousy letter, with no explanation given. Customer service won't give any reason for closure either. Crooks. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Difficulties never properly resolved

There have been repeated problems and bugs which have never been resolved and continue to be an issue, and which employees didn’t seem to understand or to be able to explain. It has made everyday transactions more difficult. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
