Santander have a range of ISAs with a choice of fixed rates and variable rates.

The Santander Easy Access ISA needs a minimum deposit of £500 to open the account. Santander offer a one year or two year fixed rate ISA. You can manage your account via telephone banking, branch or by online and mobile banking.

123 Light

I opened the 1-2-3 account with Santander and was happy with it until the upped the fee and lowered the interests. It was costing me to have the account so I called and they switched me to the light version which is cheaper and I still get a decent cashback rate. hmmmm.....

I opened an account online years ago but never deposited any funds in it. I still receive annual paper statements on my £0 balance though which feels a bit redundant. Reviewed on: 8th September 2016

Good Overall

Santander is good overall but the increase in fees for the 123 account on top of the reduction of interest are forcing me to look elsewhere for a current account. Reviewed on: 8th September 2016

Santander Isa - average interest rate

Ive been a customer of Santander for many years. They are an all round average bank, especially when it comes to online banking and customer service. The interest on this ISA is poor to say the least compared to similar products offered by banks. Reviewed on: 8th September 2016

Easy peasy

Family friendly flexible approach but could be smarter

I absolutely love Santander and have a number of different product with them but the account I use the most is the current 123 account. However access to it via the app it easy but could be a lot smarter. For instance, there isn't a running total for the account on the app so it's impossible to see what impact a withdrawal has had on your overall sum. This is frustrating as I've not had this issue with my Halifax app or the Natwest one. I'm sure it would be a simple fix to do for the app just to make it a bit more fit for purpose.
