Cash ISA.

Cash ISA. I had a cash ISA with Santander. It was very easy and quick to open i did it through the app/website. I could easily manag/check my balance online and in the app. The santander app is probably one of my favourite banking apps i have used. its very user friendly and easy to use. The interest rate was good at the time comparing to the rest of the market however it would be great if this was higher. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

I'm a happy customer!

Santander offer interest rates similar to their competitors and the app is intuitive and straightforward to navigate. In my opinion the app would be easier on the eye if there was a 'dark mode' option. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Absolutely terrible return.

Absolutely terrible return. Lost £400 over 4 year period despite other competitors making a good return. Could have made £5,200 on a cash ISA. Obviously their investing department are only interested in the fees. Never again! Reviewed on: 16th March 2025

A huge mistake

Since I was already a Santander customer I foolishly decided to invest a large lump sum in one of their stocks and shares ISAs at low to medium risk. Since then I have watched the fund shed its value and sink to a level from which it has remained virtually static showing no signs of ever recovering. Why am I paying fees for this? Steer well clear. Dreadful. Huge fees, and they lost me thousands of pounds and decimated my life savings with their stocks and shares ISA. Awful company, terrible service. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024
