A huge mistake

Since I was already a Santander customer I foolishly decided to invest a large lump sum in one of their stocks and shares ISAs at low to medium risk. Since then I have watched the fund shed its value and sink to a level from which it has remained virtually static showing no signs of ever recovering. Why am I paying fees for this? Steer well clear.
