Good products, savings rates are competitive, able to access human on the end of a phone if I get into a real pickle otherwise happy to use chat or or access my account online. With Shawbrook bank I have enjoyed three years of competitive monthly interest payments together with prompt replies when I have made enquiries regarding my account. Best bank I have used!!

I have had an Instant Access account with Shawbrook for several years now. Interest rates have always been at a high level. the website is easy and clear to use and there has never been any delay when moving money.
