They are polite very efficient so helpful and friendly usually when trying to contact companies you have to through a long list pressing different numbers to actually get to speak to anyone and then they say the Lin e is busy I have never had any trouble contacting Sheffield credit union . Needed the money to buy a replacrment

My disability scooter had burnt out and I needed the money to buy a replacement, I approached my bank who I have been with for several years but to no avail and I was desperate because I struggle with walking a long way and I contacted Sheffield credit union for a loan and they were happy to let me go ahead and I have not missed a single payment either. Can not fault credit union!

Can not fault credit union! Helped me so much and the staff are amazing! Credit Union has helped me save 100s of £ which I could never do on my own! Plus helped me with loans when needed which have been really helpful and paying them back is really easy too. Been using this service for more than 5 years and it’s so helpful!
