No consistency

Been a customer for several years and never missed a loan repayment as they receive my child benefit directly which is almost £140 a month. They send emails prompting customers to apply for loans & then decline minuscule loans of just a few hundred pounds. Approve a loan, decline a loan, approve a loan, decline a loan. Zero consistency and you will ALWAYS have to chase up your application as zero response after weeks. Reviewed on: 5th October 2023

SINCE JOINING LONDON PLUS CREDIT UNION MY LIFE HAS CHANGED FOR THE BETTER, I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SAVE LITTLE BIT AND MORE THAN THAT LONDON PLUS HAZ HELPED ME IMPROVE MY CREDIT RATING OVERALL.
