Been a customer for several years and never missed a loan repayment as they receive my child benefit directly which is almost £140 a month. They send emails prompting customers to apply for loans & then decline minuscule loans of just a few hundred pounds. Approve a loan, decline a loan, approve a loan, decline a loan. Zero consistency and you will ALWAYS have to chase up your application as zero response after weeks.
