Incorrect accident claim entry on the CUE database Having a policy with this company is an absolute nightmare. First, they entered an incorrect claim on the CUE insurance database, causing my insurance premium to shoot up by nearly double. Trying to get in touch with them over the phone is a joke – it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. You finally talk to someone, and they promise to connect you to the right department, but guess what? No one ever picks up on the othe... Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Great value house and contents insurance

When I renewed my annual home and contents insurance I came across this company for the first time. Good price for my cover needs. I was able to take out home emergency cover too. Paperwork is easy to read. Easy to make the arrangements too. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 14th July 2023

Don't bother, useless.

Had several plumbers come out to fix a leak and all have spent 2 minutes looking at the issue and said its too big of a job to do. We then had a trusted independent plumber come out and look and he managed to find and sort the problem no issue and efficiently. This is after were on the priority register due to 4 vulnerable adults living in the house! Absolutely useless to have any sort of house insurance with this company from our experience. Annoyed Home Insurance Customer

Really annoyed (home insurance customer here). I live in the Leicestershire area and had a problem with bedbugs. Luckily for me, I had added pest cover to my policy. When I contacted Sheilas' Wheels directly, I was first incorrectly told I didn't have pest cover on my policy (I do, I have screenshots to prove it from the web portal - it says I am covered).
