Incorrect accident claim entry on the CUE database Having a policy with this company is an absolute nightmare. First, they entered an incorrect claim on the CUE insurance database, causing my insurance premium to shoot up by nearly double. Trying to get in touch with them over the phone is a joke – it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. You finally talk to someone, and they promise to connect you to the right department, but guess what? No one ever picks up on the other end. It's beyond frustrating!
