Terrible Service - Avoid

If there was less than 1 star I would leave it. In November I deposited £10,000 into a fixed saver for 2 years, after several time of calling I have received nothing to say I have deposited the money. When I have spoken to people they have assured me I will receive documentation soon, we are now in February. I have set up a 2 year fixed saver however they tell me it is down as 1 year but it will be changed and backdated to November. I have asked to speak to Managers, nothing. Hopefully when this is read someone will pull there finger out and do something about it. I am seriously concerned about my money. Reviewed on: 4th February 2019

Saving made easy

Tandem takes the hassle out of saving with their round-up feature, which rounds up to the nearest pound any money you spend using linked accounts and credit cards. It then subtracts that amount from your bank account each week and keeps it safe, allowing you to save small amounts for a rainy day. Reviewed on: 7th July 2020

People use it as a dating app

I've had lots of guys pretend to be interested in learning the language but after a while it turns out that they are interested in me, not the language. Reviewed on: 12th June 2020

Surprising savings

I recently installed Tandem. A very easy app to navigate. When I switched on the round ups function, managing my autosavings: linked to my debit card - I was pleasantly surprised with my first two purchases in my local supermarket, both with high percentage of savings. Which were swiftly added to my bank account. Very impressed. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2020
