Starling Business account is excellent and easy to use

I have had a Starling Business account for a couple of years now and would highly recommend this company to anyone for banking! The app is easy to use, effective and handy when it comes to managing your money. All round great! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Efficient and easy to use App but missing a trick!

Efficient and easy to use App with some very useful features (eg spend categories and notes). However, Starling would attract and retain more customers if they had a linked business savings account that paid interest. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

Excellent support and customer service

My husband had a business account with Starling. He passed away unexpectedly 2 years ago and Starling were so helpful in helping me deal his business affairs and the account in difficult circumstances. He also had accounts with other banks who's systems were very complicated and customer service poor which added a lot of stress to the situation. I can't thank Starling enough. I also have a business account with Starling - the set up process was easy to follow and secure. The app is easy to use and does everything I need it to from a business perspective.
