Great Business Bank

No charges! No Business Plan. Straightforward and works out the box! couldn't ask for a better bank! High street banks take note! Just like the personal account would be nice to be able to log in via the web. so our accountant can gain access etc Reviewed on: 20th November 2018

Simple set up, no fees

As a personal account holder with Starling it was literally a couple of clicks to get set up for my limited company business. Best of all, the business banking remains free until such time as my turnover means I wouldn’t be concerned about a monthly charge. The customer service is very authentic - indeed I’d go so far as to see very good humoured. I can’t say I’ve ever relished speaking with my bank before but it’s a genuinely pleasant experience with Starling. I’m happy that they have chosen to disrupt and change the banking experience. Simple and constantly listening

Starling bank being app based may not be for everyone but I strongly suggest you try it, the app layout is clean and though it could perhaps be a bit clearer in some parts everything is there. They have been making constant improvements since I joined a few months ago which now include being able to make cash payments at the post office which is great. Notifications mean I don't have to constantly check if invoices have been paid as I get told when they are, I look forward to more progress and consistent good simple service Reviewed on: 13th November 2018

Best Business Account

Starling are great, a free business current account with all the features you'd expect from a traditional bank, plus being able to track your spending in real time and being able to segregate money into goals. Love them! Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Few issues but getting there

At launch, there were a few issues with the business account - but happily, they were solved expertly by Starling Jason Wilkinson Brown on the forums (now closed, grrr). If you ever have to deal with regular customer support for any issues larger than a password reset (and even then sometimes) you're better off writing down your problem, throwing it into the wind, finding it and burying it in soft peat for three months - it's not their fault, there's just no communication within the company... however problems are thankfully rare nowadays.
