Excellent support and customer service

My husband had a business account with Starling. He passed away unexpectedly 2 years ago and Starling were so helpful in helping me deal his business affairs and the account in difficult circumstances. He also had accounts with other banks who's systems were very complicated and customer service poor which added a lot of stress to the situation. I can't thank Starling enough. I also have a business account with Starling - the set up process was easy to follow and secure. The app is easy to use and does everything I need it to from a business perspective. I can't rate Starling highly enough on all fronts. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
