Reliable, Communicative, Continued Innovative Features Regularly Added, amazing customer service, allowing bills to be paid from spaces is a great new feature I absolutely love and is well overdue in the industry and the appdate email newsletter is a wonderful and welcome communication method with customers - I am always happy to see them and read through those emails which says a lot in a world where 99% of emails are just junk that’s quickly deleted. Just the best internet bank on the market

Starling have been easy to deal with from the first steps in opening account to date. Always efficient, helpful and friendly when you need help - which isn't often, and the account has great features which make managing your money a doddle. Love it. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

Easy to use. I love the saving spaces. I love the speed & efficiency. I have recommended Starling to colleagues who have changed to Starling & one has hit her elderly recently widowed mum onto Starling which has helped the lady hugely., I love the mobile banking. The app is easy to use. There are lots of options available to customise your account, including saving money to spaces, and paying directly from that when you want. Can also adjust the maximum payment you can make with your card without needing the pin. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
