It's an amazing bank.

Amazing

I've never been excited about banks. It's just something you need in your life and can't really avoid it. When challenger banks started to be more popular, I was reluctant at first. But since I travelled quite a lot and my old bank charges quite a lot, I've opened a Starling account as a secondary account to use when travelling. I've had it for a year or so when I've gone on a longer holiday and used Starling through that. After that holiday I switched over fully as the experience was so much better than my old bank! I didn't have to guess anymore about my spending and wait days for it to show on my account. Everything is real time, my spending data is presented visually and I just have a way better insight into how I use my money. Plus, customer service is quick considering they don't have a physical branch and so much easier as I can just message them. No wait in line or on the phone for ages. For me, this is how banking should be and it made me excited about banking which I never was before. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
