Great cover for pre-existing medical conditions

I always use Staysure for my annual family travel insurance, my partner has medical conditions and Staysure always has the best price and cover. I called them to sort my renewal this year and their staff are knowledgeable and friendly, I always highly recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 7th September 2024

Worst travel insurance company

I needed to claim for a small accident in America and Staysure immediately passed me to a 3rd party, Davies Group, who were enormously unhelpful and made us settle bills with the hospital directly stating they wouldn’t deal with third parties! An atrocious service and I highly advise not using this company. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Easy Peasy insurance cover

After previously purchasing Car and Home and pet insurance online I realised that it is far too easy to go down a "rabbit hole" of different providers/levels of cover /bolt on`s/Add on`s etc, so I wasnt looking forward to finding travel insurance for my partner. Didnt ned to worry Staysure travel insurance has a very simple questionaire, everything is very clear and the website is immediately responsive to changes you might input, so lots of brownie points to whoever designed the website. Staysure pricing is very competitive, yes sure there are cheaper providers but you do need to read all the information in front of you, when you look at the finer details such as excess`es you may have to pay Staysure comes out the winner by a long way. Another happy customer, I just hope we dont need to claim and benefit from the policy but going away with this policy gives you peace of mind and that is what matters. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Don't have a health issue before you travel!
