In need of help and they were there

Due to the Covid pandemic, my employer of 13 years gave me the choice of redundancy or minimum wage and a zero hour contract. The drop was too dramatic and as my career experience was in hospitality it didn’t seem viable to stay in the industry with all the restrictions. I changed career but have had to start form the first run of the ladder again. My debt was too much for me to afford due to the drop in salary. Love step change!
