Brilliant helpful and life-changing

We have been clients of stepchange for many years now and it is without doubt has helped and changed our lives. We had spent years avoiding our problems, stepchange got us back on the straight and narrow and almost overnight the stress dissapated now if we get a problem or a letter from one of our creditors(which is rare nowadays) stepchange have people on the phone to deal or help us with. Debt Counselling

I would honestly recommend StepChange, because they are honest and open with what is expected. I took the decision to ask for their help and have never regretted that. A piece of mind.

I think being in debt has to be one of the most daunting situations to find yourself in. It can be very easy to bury your head in the sand. Help with a heart

I am in the final year of clearing my debts, and I am thrilled that what I once saw as an insurmountable hurdle is no more. StepChange has helped me every step of the way, first reviewing my expenses and together calculating how much I need to live comfortably. The remainder would re-pay my debtors. StepChange helped me craft a very acceptable financial plan, which causes no real hardship, but I did have to drop my charities. From my first contact with the team, who were extremely patient in explaining the system, the feeling of relief was immense. Puts you at ease
